This casserole is exactly what I wanted! It's non-stick, lightweight, distributes heat evenly, and is very easy to clean. The only thing that could have made it perfect is if the handles were covered with a material that prevents them from heating up quickly. It’s a bit tricky to move it around when the handles get hot. I appreciate that gloves were provided, but built-in heat-resistant handles would have been even better.
