🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the EU — no minimum purchase required.
For international orders (outside the EU), shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

📦 Lost or Misplaced Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking details have been provided, we are no longer responsible for the package.
